1. Returns

2. Refunds

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at bachatzonegmail.com with your order details and we will guide you through the exchange process.

4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you will need to mail it to the address provided in our confirmation email after your return request is approved. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for returns due to their nature, including but not limited to:
